Experience Printing Pressman

Press operator on 2/C Sakurai 272 20” X 28”, 4/C Heidelberg GTO 46 125/8” X 18”,

2/C Hamada 665CD and 1/C Ryobi 3200. Bindery experience includes set-up and

operation of a Wohlenberg cutter and MBO folder. Handled shipping and receiving

duties of paper, chemicals, finished jobs, both incoming and outgoing. Organized the

pressroom storage of supplies, pre-printed stock and customer property. Trained and

supervised new employees. Made minor repairs to equipment as well as building

maintenance and repairs.

1/C and 2/C Hamadas 600 and 665 CD. Bindery experience includes set-up and operation

of paper cutters, folders, collator and stitcher. Letterpress experience includes set-up and

operation doing numbering, slitting, scoring, die-cutting, embossing and foil stamping.

Supervised pressroom employees, scheduled jobs and managed workflow between

departments to ensure on-time delivery of finished products. Handled shipping and

receiving duties and organized paper and supplies in pressroom. Also made deliveries

in company vehicle when needed.
