I have spent many years in the construction industry. I have experienced all aspects of both general construction and wireless communications. Sears Home Improvements

- In this position my responsibilities are scheduling of installations, ordering materials, reviewing of contracts, proposal worksheets, quality control.

- The market is based in Southeastern Pa. We cover projects in Delaware and most of Pa up to and including Williamsport Pa.

-I am responsible for these installations in the customers home.

- After installation is complete I am responsible to follow up with customer to ensure contract was fulfilled and customer satisfaction was achieved.

2009 - 2011

Volunteering my construction abilities to local non-profit organizations, such as Loyal Order of the Moose, V.F.W’s, Habitat for Humanity, etc..

2008 – 2009

Construction Project Manager, SimplexGrinnell

- In this position my responsibilities were maintaining the project scheduling for the portion of the project we were installing.

- Maintaining the manpower logs, material tracking, deliveries, coordination with all other mechanical trades on the project.

-The project change orders, letters, closeout documents, etc. was also a part of the daily responsibilities.

- Oversight of approx 15 men on site daily.

2006 – 2008

Construction Manager, Costanza Builders

- In this position my responsibilities include, project scheduling using Microsoft Project, field coordination of trades, coordinating meetings, meeting minute review, issuing RFI’s, change order requests, daily and event logs.

-The primary review of structural shop drawings and submittal packages for the trades is also part of the responsibility prior to those items being forwarded to the structural engineer or the architect.

-The project consists of three (3) two story Class “A” office buildings on a thirty acre site. The site required a large import effort as well as cut and fills to ensure a solid sub base. The project is utilizing timber piles for the foundations along with pile caps and grade beams. All of the buildings are

structural steel, with heavy gauge framing to allow for a brick façade.

2005 – 2006

Construction Manager, Axis Construction Services

-With this position I was the Construction Manager on a $ 50 million dollar, complete package, 15 buildings consisting of one (1) and two (2) story construction.

-The project consisted of site work, underground utility coordination and installation, landscaping/hard-scaping layout and installation, two (2) stream crossing culvert installations.

-I was also responsible for a $ 1.2 million dollar project, a two (2) story Early Learning Center, in which I was handling the project buy out, scope review and writing, as well as overseeing the construction.

-These two projects were running simultaneously, and had assistant superintendents reporting to me.

-I also coordinated the field personnel for both projects. I had to ensure the timely completion of each project by updating and tracking the project schedule using Microsoft Project, as well as maintaining spreadsheets for cost controls, change orders, etc.

2004 – 2005

Project Superintendent, Gardner/Fox Associates

-In this position I was responsible for the direction of field personnel and job related issues on a daily basis.

-I was responsible for making and maintaining schedules through Microsoft Project software, the coordination of submittal packages, the correspondence between all parties involved, resolving and maintaining a RFI logs, based on date submitted, requested, and returned, through Microsoft Excel.

-I was also responsible to ensure the project was completed on time and on budget. --Some of the projects I was responsible for a $ 300,000.00 Sona Med Spa @ The Shops @ Liberty Place, 2- 10,000 sq ft buildings built concurrently, out of the ground, estimated at $1,250,000.00, and along with three to four smaller budget projects.

-The 1million plus project was a combination of owner contracted subs-contractors as well as Gardner/Fox contracted sub-contractors which added a degree of difficulty. -I enjoyed this kind of a challenge in the field; it makes the project interesting and more enjoyable for me.

2003 – 2004

Carpenter/Foreman, E. Allen Reeves Inc.

-This position was working as an assistant superintendent on various commercial projects.

-One was a synagogue in Bridgeport, Pa. This project was a 6 million dollar contract.

-I was then reassigned to an 8 million dollar project in Bucks County to assist another superintendent.

-My responsibilities were to coordinate the field crews of subcontractors as well as E. Allen Reeves Inc. employees.

-I was also responsible to call about delivery schedules and ordering of materials required.

-I handled the inspections when needed to assist the project superintendent.

-I was responsible to locate elevations and layout of windows, leveling plates, grades, etc…

2001 – 2003

Project Manager/Project Superintendent, Skinner and Cook Inc.

-This position entailed the bidding and overseeing of wireless communication projects.

- I was the project superintendent on an 18 million dollar international orange juice facility in Port Newark.

-This job had a lot of complications, such as owner contracted work as well as Skinner and Cook contracted work.

-This project consisted of coordination among all the trades, meeting minutes, daily reports, and schedule the work to be completed as well as the inspections, certifications by the Port Authority, and final documentation.

-The project was completed on time for the arrival of the ship with its maiden voyage of juice. All systems were in place and working.

1998-2001

Construction Manager, Cingular Wireless

-This position entailed the coordination of the sub-contractors with the engineering department to ensure the communication sites were built in a timely manner and of high quality.

-It was my responsibility to review all bids, and approve all contractor purchase orders based on a schedule provided as well as cost.

-I was in charge of the new PCS market, which was a new market for the company. In this market I was in charge of making specifications and drawing adjustments to ensure that all the associated groups ideas were taken into consideration. This was a very strong challenge and I enjoyed it very much.

-Once the project was complete I was responsible to complete a punch list and ensure it was completed in a timely manner.

1996-1998

Project Manager, Windsor Constructors

-This position entailed building wireless communication sites for Cingular, Bell Atlantic Nynex Mobile, Omnipoint Communications, Sprint PCS, and Nextel Communications.

-I started as a lead carpenter and with in two months was promoted to a field superintendent.

-I began scheduling the work and ensuring that the projects were completed on time and of the highest quality.

-With in one year I was promoted to a project manager position. This position moved me into the office bidding and awarding contracts to the most qualified contractor based on availability and cost.

-While with this company I had the opportunity to bid two public wage projects as well as a vast number of cellular projects. The two public wage projects were estimated between $ 300,000.00 - $ 750,000.00.
