• Merged four benefit plans; designing the single source coverage and providing $300K annual administrative cost savings.
• Conducted the Senior Executive and Risk Management due diligence analysis for two company acquisitions.
• Facilitated a re-alignment of sales and technical service personnel into a total service concept providing a single point of contact; reducing cost of sales expense by 15%.
