Team worked with local users from various functional areas including accounting, operations, ad sales and marketing to understand user requirements in order to translate these requirements to IT for system development, changes and enhancements. Monitored progress of implementation schedules and redirected efforts when project goals were not being met.

Analyzed, deployed, and supported global customized application used to support a $2M / 100 personal call center for a direct marketing insurance operation in Brazil.
