I handled past due accounts for medical supplies and pharmacy bills as well as special indepth projects on merging insurance companies and lost claims with wrong insurance carriers. I organized and corrected billing issues for hundreds of claims and found correct carriers and resubmitted bills. I used several computer applications as well as RESTAT which links pharmacies for medication.
