Twenty-six (28) years of extensive engineering and construction experience Internationally and achieving the positions as Project Engineer, Resident Engineer, Senior Mechanical / Piping Engineer, Supervisor, Superintendent & Inspector during my career on various major infrastructure projects on Oil & Gas Production fields, Overland Pipelines, Oil & Gas Separation Plants, LNG Plants, LPG Plants, Refineries, Oil Terminal, Offshore Modules, Power / Water Desalination stations, Airports etc. Based in EPC contractors offices during FEED ( prior to construction on site ) to Monitor and Control the EPC Contractors Engineering deliverables related to Piping Material, Valves, Fabrication of Pressure Vessels and Rotating Equipment Manufacturing, Reviewing of Engineering Submittals and Procedures, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning Support Project start-up and Ensure high Quality and Safety levels procedures throughout the Projects execution.. Prior to relocating onto site during the construction phase . Managing the Day to Day functions of the site office. Supervising teams of Engineers and Inspectors of all disciplines of various nationalities. Teknia Company is owned by National Oil Organization (NOC) of Libya. Clients authorised Senior Mechanical / Piping Engineer, member of the Engineering & Construction management team responsible for Overseeing Quality Surveillance ( QA/QC ) ( HSE ) of the EPC Contractor pipe fabrication, welding, NDT, installation & commissioning of 48 New 6” Crude Oil Flow-lines from the Wellheads to the Gas and Oil Separation Plants ( GOSP) all underground piping at desert locations at Sarir Oil & Gas Production Field in Libya

• Coordinating & Implementing continuous Quality Surveillance of Receiving Piping Material on site, Pipe Fabrication in yard, Coordinating the Inspection of Pipe Welding with Welding Inspectors and NDT crews in the field. Overseeing the Installation of carbon Steel piping being installed in trench, also coordinating the Coating and Wrapping of pipelines with inspectors in the field. Witnessing the Hydrostatic testing of pipelines installed underground and above ground at Sarir Oil Field, As per the, ANSI / ASME B.31, AWS, API 1104, ISO 9001, codes and standards. Coordinating with Rig managers and Clients operations department mangers in the field.

• Reviewing of the various (German) (Chinese), (Greek) & (Libyan) (EPC) Contractors engineering design, piping material submittals, and technical submittals, Construction Procedures,Contractors Project Schedules, test procedures, method statements, of the piping & mechanical equipment etc. Perform the review and approval of contractors weekly and monthly progress reports before submitting all reports to the clients senior management at Head office in Benghazi. Managing the Day to Day functions of the site office Assisting the clients construction engineers & inspectors overseeing the installation of all mechanical systems and equipment. .

Project : Tobruk Refinery and Terminal

Clients authorized Senior Mechanical/Piping Engineer and Assistant Site Manager of the construction management team responsible for the daily Supervision, Coordinating and Implementing continuous Quality Surveillance of pipe fabrication, erection, installation & commissioning of interconnecting piping and pump stations on various Infrastructure Expansion Projects at Tobruk Refinery as per the ISO 9001, ANSI / ASME B.31, AWS, API 1104, NFPA codes and standards.

• Overseeing the (Greek)(EPC) contractor fabrication, welding, NDT, installation & commissioning of 5km of 14” diameter carbon steel pipeline overland for Light Naphtha from the Refinery storage tank farm to the Jetty. Also the installation of pump station, Metering Station, PIG Launcher / Receiver.

• Overseeing the (Bosnian)(EPC) contractor fabrication, welding, NDT, erection, installation of interconnecting pipelines from 2” to 16 “ diameter carbon steel piping

( Cement Lined ) for Fire ring main system in Refinery processing area and around the storage tanks. Coned and Floating roof tanks & LPG Bullets in the refinery tank farm. Fire fighting systems consisted of water cooling systems and Foam injection fire fighting systems into bottom of Tanks. Witnessing Hydrostatic testing of piping & Storage tanks. Testing and commissioning of all mechanical rotating equipment.

Reviewing technical submittals, project schedule, test procedures and shop drawings of the piping, pumps & foam generators etc. Liaison with the clients Project manager and Engineers overseeing the installation of all mechanical systems and equipment.

Relocated to Korea as Senior mechanical / Piping engineer member of the construction management team responsible for supervising and monitoring the Quality Surveillance of all interconnecting pipelines installation, NDT and mechanical rotating equipment on the Infrastructure expansion projects by the ( Korean & French ) contractors.

• Overseeing the Fabrication, installation of Carbon steel piping and pumps of Underground Fuel tank farm and facilities for Korean / US Military Base.

• Also reviewing the engineering design of mechanical building services in stations for the Seoul to Pusan High Speed Rail system. Project Engineer during the engineer review and then Resident Engineer member of the engineering / construction management team on the Yanpet Company,( Mobil Oil) Infrastructure Expansion Project. Supervising the engineering review of {Japanese) & (Saudi) contractors engineering drawings, calculations, project schedules, technical submittals and shop drawings prior to the construction of the plant, Responsible for implementing continuous Quality Surveillance of the contractors fabrication, Welding, NDT in the fabrication yard at Batangas, Philippines. Installation and commissioning of 570 M 3/hr multistage flash Evaporation Desalination Units and 60,000 M3/ hr Seawater Pumps, 2100mm Diameter Valves and piping of the Sea Water cooling system for the Oil & Gas Plants in the Yanbu Industrial Complex. Coordinating / Implementing and supervising all site activities, Liaison with the Interfacing contractors and Clients Senior Management, reporting to the Construction Manager.
