• Service as an expert in roll manufacturing process, conduct casting failure analysis and improve metals solidification quality
• From 2008, participate in the magnesium wire feed project for molten iron inoculation process with 60,000$ saving per month and develop new wire feed operation procedure
• Perform various hands-on projects including planning, organizing NDT data collection and auditing heat treatment cycles
• Review weekly heat treatment data, improve thermal couples testing methods and investigate the HT effect on hardness, mechanical strength and microstructure
• Review contract, blueprints, and specifications, read daily non-conformance reports (NCRs), assure compliance of customer requirements
