Experience

Started working as an apprentice drywall/metal framer in a 5-10 man crew, framing 2,500 sq. ft. to 50,000 sq. ft. custom homes. After approximately two years I progressed to a mechanic position overseeing anywhere from 2-7 men while framing 1-2 project at any given time, all year round. Supervised and constructed drywall, metal framing (light and heavy gauge), and finishing on commercial and custom estate homes throughout Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami counties. I am currently supervising on high-rises, apartments, and hotels for my current employer.

• 2008-Current / Everlast Drywall Construction - Deerfield Beach, FL / Drywall Superintendent

Oversaw all aspects of layout, framing, drywall, and finishing of high-rise commercial buildings. Estimated and order all drywall materials. Supervised all drywall subcontractors. Worked and coordinated with project managers, builders, and owners. Proposed R.F.I.’s and maintained back-charges.Worked at several company sites performing all drywall related work.
