Currently working as a maintenance planner for Storage Tanks Rehabilitation works in EXXON MOBIL REFINERY (JURONG ISLAND), Singapore.
JOB PROFILE:
• Preparation, planning & Execution of preventive and predictive maintenance and shutdown schedules in live plants with Effective Quality awareness, HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) induction, training and communication to build a successful Project/Integrity Management Teams.
• Control the Maintenance budget and Manpower resources. Prepare cost estimation for project and Maintenance activities, look after the procurement.
• Study and reviewing the client drawing and preparing the isometric drawing using AUTOCAD for approval of client,
• Preparation of work scope methods, Job safety analysis, manpower resource planning, Cost estimations, Tendors & Final Billing after Project Completion of Scope, Logistic requirements.
• Coordination with Clients Dept like (Operations, Inspections, Execution, Engineering, Procurement), Vendors, Sub-Contractors for necessary inputs to an effective planning.
• Continuous Monitoring and updating of actual work progress during Turnarounds in P3 (Primavera) and liaise with contractors and clients for target achieving.

ROLE: In this project as an Engineer (mechanical) I have made as Fabrication in charge of M.S pipes. Here I am responsible for smooth flow production process and to get the quality as per specification. Coating and sand blasting yard also comes under my vision.
