Provide direction to 142 employees; develop and supervise a team consisting of 7 area managers, 67 store managers, 67 customer associates and a regional human resource manager. Coordinate with Regional Human Resource Manager in order to oversee all phases of human resources, such as recruiting, hiring, and training of employee, provide corrective action, and handle EEOC and workmen compensation issues.

- Instituted business operations in 47 stores across Wisconsin, which eventually expanded through Nebraska and South Dakota.

- Successfully expanded store base to 67 stores within Wisconsin, Nebraska and South Dakota.
