Leadership responsibility for food ingredients supply manufacturer, supplying food ingredients to major food companies. Overall fiscal, operations, safety, and quality responsibility for production site.

• Instituted preventative maintenance schedule for operations group resulting in OEE improvement from 75% to 95%
