PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
1. Worked as Mechanical Engineer (Trainee) with GEARS & WHEELS - Ship
Repairers and Engineers from 1998 January to 1998 July. Had been
handling repair works onboard Indian Naval ships, Estimation & Costing
of work, Manual drawings and CAD drawings on engineering drawing.
2. Involved as Engineer Trainee with COOLWIN ENGINEERING COMPANY,
commercial Refrigeration Air conditioning dealers of Bluestar & Thermo
king machines from July 1998 to May 2000. Had undergone training in
sales, installation and service of window, split, package ductable Air-
conditioners (HVAC), industrial Cold rooms, & transport Refrigeration.
Familiar with Heat load calculations and Duct design
3. Employed as Technical Supervisor with SKS (ship) Ltd - Formerly SHAHI
Shipping Ltd, leading barges operating company from November 2002 to
February 2006. Had been handling operations, repair and maintenance of
barges - both Hull & machinery, dry-docking, Estimation and costing
work, Purchase of materials and has good exposure to engineering
drawings.
4. For a period from December 2001 to August 2002 and from March2006 to
October2006 associate with DELCO ENGINEERING- Marine Engineers & Ship
Repairers, a Government approved repairing firm of DCI, SCI, LDCL &
private vessels as a Marine Engineer. Has been attending to repair work
onboard and onshore workshop work of static and rotary equipments,
Generators, Engines, pipelines and plating, handling the repair crew,
costing and estimation, report submission etc.
5. Worked for L.J. International Ltd (Biotech division of A.V.THOMAS
GROUP), CSEZ. Kochi from August 2007 to February 2009 as their Executive
Engineer. Job profile includes maintenance and upkeep of Chiller
plants, Package air conditioners, Autoclaves, Boilers, Green houses,
Production lab and Growth rooms, Diesel Generators, Electrical
substation and transformer, Water treatment plants, Pumps, Motors,
General maintenance, civil work, project planning&design, Costing and
estimation, Budgeting, Management information and reporting. Subcontract
dealing, Vendor liasoning and procurement of spares, Stores management &
Inventory control. Welfare and administration of Technical staff and to
coordinate among different functions of the organization such as
production, administration and finance.
6. Worked for Bituminex Cochin Pvt Ltd as Manager (Production
&Administration) during 2009- 2010. Company was engaged in refining and
oxidizing bitumen, manufacturing special bitumen based compounds for

7. Presently from June 2010 working for Plant Lipids Ltd, multinational
spices processing industry as Senior Engineer (Operations) handling
production and maintenance functions .Operating as Internal auditor for
