Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indiana Princeton, IN June 2009 - Present

Responsible for maintaining and improving the equipment performance, reliability, and uptime by maintaining and programming Allen Bradley PLC’s. Managed and participated in process improvement initiatives, using innovative tools such as Lean manufacturing using the Toyota Quality System.

Engineering Responsibilities responsible for all programming, firmware updates, communications, installation and programming of Allen Bradley PLC’s associated with I/O, PanelView Plus, Installation and Programming for Cognex, Banner, and Keyence vision systems.

• Developed, installed, and updated Andon boards using AVI data to better control production

• Install and update final assembly Andon controls including Temp stops and Fixed stops networked together utilizing Ethernet, Devicenet or Controlnet
