Directed laboratory team of 24 working in five laboratories including, Chromatography, Wet Chemistry, NMR, Trace Metals (Inorganic Spectroscopy) and Physical properties. Monitored workload, workflow and coordination of testing methods for 40,000 products. Mentored and assisted growth potential for all members of staff through projects, semiannual reviews and daily tasks and conversations.
• Served as US Liaison with European Affiliates to obtain REACH Specifications for products analyzed in US.
• Led World Wide QC team to coordinate 20+ analytical methods and approach to analysis and reporting for consistency throughout the corporation. (Trace analysis, chromatography, physical testing, Titrations)
• Created and organized Quality Control department in becoming and remaining ISO compliant through developing processes, documenting operating procedures, training team and continual action to remain updated successfully for five years.
• Designed and organized safety plan for new lab building constructed on site, including evacuation plan, training building personnel and continuing improvements to the plan.
• Coordinated variety of lab teams and individuals on lab equipment purchases, installation needs, financing, instrument set up, quality check set up and daily use and propagation of training. Resulted in upgrading Instrumentation. Cost and budgeting for equipment purchases ranged from $100 to $750,000.

• Lead department coordinator for hosting internal and external audits for Quality Control. Hosted process tours including explanation of quality and safety systems for fifteen years.
• Organized, edited and managed departmental operating procedures (300+) as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for QC department.

• Served as Compound Management Service (CMS) supervisor. Learned aspects of CMS system from order entry, order pulling, weighing, packaging, shipping and refilling of material on shelf. Assisted in writing SOPs for CMS area.
