• Developing new process concepts and SOPs for production optimization yield improvement as well as handling quality initiatives etc.

• Establishing quality standards, implementing stringent quality control systems to enhance quality and reduce rejection level.
Operations & Maintenance
• Planning and effecting preventive/ predictive/ breakdown maintenance schedules of various machineries and equipments in the plant to increase machine up time/
• Proactively identify areas of obstruction/ breakdowns and take steps to rectify the equipments through application of trouble shooting tools.
• Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditures and work within the budget.
• Coordinating material/ spare parts planning related activities encompassing identification of vendors, requirement specification & offer evaluation.
Installation & Commissioning
• Handling installation and commissioning of plants as well as handling facilities for completion of projects in stipulated time/cost parameters. Design of crusher machineries, conveyors, electric motors, control panel systems and selection of handling system is the major role.
• Undertaking up gradation, renovation & modification job of the existing machinery, equipment and manufacturing facilities of the plant.
• Reviewing plant layout & carrying out inspection tests for determining the effectiveness of the equipments/ plants.
Team Management
• Leading, motivating and training the employees to improve their operational efficiency.
• Organizing training internal/external programmes based on the training need analysis to elevate the skills & productivity of employees.

• Actively involved in the new product development in the organisation which is value added product. That product is manufactured from the quarry product and that is used for the chemical base industries. This prototype product was manufactured and tested in the various laboratories and various project sites.

Since July 2007 with TDM INFRASTRUCTURE (I) P LTD., CHENNAI, INDIA as Head of Operations. In India, the organization has infrastructure projects in various places of India like Japalpur, Bangalore (BOT completed), Jaipur and Chennai. The company have own Mining/Quarry set up for the projects. I was getting transfer to India Operation from Malaysia

• Responsibilities:
1. Safety: Ensures that employees, equipment and processes meet or exceed the MSHA, OSHA and Company guidelines. Pursues a culture of safety that is best in class with an objective of "zero" injuries or incidents. Actively engages with the workforce to reinforce safe behaviors.
2. Environment: Establishes the environment as a priority at the site. Ensures regulations are met or exceeded by following best practices.
3. Operations Management: Provides direct oversight in the extraction, processing, storage, and shipping of aggregates at the site. Embraces best practices, processes and tools to ensure plant activities are optimized and costs are best in class. Effectively utilizes maintenance programs to maximize plant up-time and manage costs.
4. Inventory Management: Closely manages inventory needs at site through frequent coordination with the Territory Manager/s and Quality Control
5. Performance Management: Promotes a culture of performance. Effectively utilizes KPIs, Performance Efficiency Reviews, financial statements and operational reports to track performance, establish effective action plans and continuously improve the operations.
6. Quality: Understands the value of quality and ensures processes are in place to provide a quality product to our customers. Utilizes best practices in extraction, processing, stockpiling, stock-pile reclamation and re-handling to ensure product remains within target specifications as it is received by our customers. Uses available reports effectively to measure quality, identify variances and establish corrective action.
7. Planning: Develops operational and capital plans for the plant to continuously improve productivity and maintain costs as low or lower than our competition. Prepares budgets and forecasts. Prepares rolling 12 month production forecasts monthly and works closely with sales and customer service personnel to optimize production, sales and inventory levels. Assists in the creation of Mine Plans and ensures they are closely followed/executed (overburden removal and placement, extraction, and progressive rehabilitation/reclamation).
8. Capital: Works with Operations Manager to identify necessary sustaining and development capital according to best practices.
9. Plant Image: Maintains the plant in accordance with standard guidelines for plant image. Plant image includes housekeeping, parts storage, vehicles and equipment condition (cleanliness and appearance), entrance & property, and buildings.
10. HR/Labor Relations: Supervises the workforce, typically through plant foreman and/or lead-hands. Responsible for effective recruitment, merit/recognition, disciplinary actions and terminations on site. Fosters effective employee relations. Establishes a safe and productive work environment where employees are proud to be members of the Company family.
11. Community Relations: Works proactively with the local community to ensure that the Company is a valued member of the community. Activities include organization of open houses and participation with local schools and non-profit organizations.

This company have quarry at Tanah Merah, Seremban and also manage to run the Task Link Kuari Sdn Bhd., Pahang. The company is running the quarry under M/s HANSON(UK) group. The company’s subsidiary unit is M/s I&I EQUIPMENT SDN BHD dealing with the heavy machineries of VOLVO tippers and all Hyundai excavators.
• Working as chief officer for the entire plant operation and maintenance.
• Involve the electrical design, erection, commissioning and maintenance of the plants at Tanah Merah site and Pahang site.
• In charge of 500KVA, 800KVA, 1000KVA generator sets maintenance and operation also.
• Project engineering, supervision of Plant, Inventory management, Capacity improvement, Cost reduction and increased efficiency of Metso crushers, sannvik crusher and Kue Ken crushers.

This company involves to operating the quarry at Rawang in Malaysia with three manufacturing outlet in Rawang and a production capacity of the company was 1.8 Million tons per year.
