CARDINAL Health is one of the largest healthcare product manufacturing

& Distribution Company in USA. DPR is the demand planning, forecasting, Purchase order

creation and replenishment System of Cardinal Health. DPR previously named, as SCORE is

responsible for the demand planning, forecasting and PO creation for Cardinal Health Divisions.

DPR is third party software owned by Manhattan Associates. Cardinal Health owned customized

version of DPR supports the functionalities like Availability Alert, Holdouts/Demand Planning,

Advanced Shipment Notice and Inter Divisional Transfers etc.

Roles and Responsibilities for Project

● Analysis of issues according to the RFC (request for change)/Clarify Ticket

● Design for a solution

● Development of change requests

● Defect fixing(Internal and Client reported).

● Writing technical approach documents.

● Preparing flow diagrams.

● Unit testing of change requests – Developer testing.

● Functional testing and reviews.

● User acceptance testing support.

● Documentation of the solution with diagrams.
