I am a longtime carpenter that has also had the priviledge of working for several commercial construction companies as Site Superintendent. I am hoping to get back into this field with a company that relies on the tools learned from an adult liftetime of construction knowledge along with the ability to oversee a project with good work ethic, the ability to get along with all trades, combined with good old fashioned common sense that allows me to get the job done right, with little to no drama. I am not college educated but have the work experience needed to do the job right. Able to learn computer applications. Willing to travel.

41 years of experience in many areas of construction, including home building;

remodel; building facade restoration; custom carpentry; project design/build;

commercial construction, including positions as Site Superintendent for several

Was responsible for new construction, maintenance, remodel and overall physical

McDonalds Restaurant, Nashville, Indiana ( 1997) Foreman in charge of assisting the Site Superintendent in building

a McDonald's restaurant from the ground up. I was a working Foreman.
