• For the Kids Foundation: Created, managed and ran a first-time, 2-day special event beginning with a dinner and auction first day. Second day entailed a golf event held at Oakland Hills Golf Course (MI) that raised over $500,000; increased the donor data base 15,000 names.
• Big Brothers Big Sisters: Created a Development Board and a Tele-A-Thon; managed Bowl for Kids Sakes, organization’s annual dinner, and the Christmas Appeal; created a new monthly magazine targeted to donors and community leaders. Secured pro-bono services of an Ad Agency for a new marketing plan and created collateral materials, PSA’s, etc.
• New Passages: Developed a new identity including changing their name, brochures, PSA’s, videos, and introducing them to the Detroit Area. Created a database, developed a board of directors and introduced organization to media contacts.
• Express Personnel: worked with their sales force and their franchisees, both in marketing and working together. Created a marketing plan for the franchisees to bring in business through media and other marketing concepts.
• Express Management: Five separate entities; worked with the sales force assisting with trade shows; handled events and public relations for all the companies.
• O’Neal Marketing: Created a new division for this company in promotion items sales. Created and managed the national sales force for this company, negotiated contracts, handled purchasing and proposals using automotive industry as a minority vendor. • Chaos Food Company: Introduced their food line to the Supermarket Chains across the country and personally signed up eight chains while creating new packages for their products. Worked with Food Distributors to get product into smaller chains and new suppliers.
