JOB PROFILE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Complete production planning with target date.

Develop Scheduling for the Projects.

Analysis the raw materials requirements.

Analysis the optimistic value of raw materials.

Interaction with vendor for machining operations.

Checking quality of the finished goods which includes the Gauges, and Instrument.

Constant updates in terms of trend analysis (through market survey, internet) etc.

Developing product design by exploring new techniques, materials, process etc.

Research on improvements in old designs, cost reductions, case studies etc.

Making the production chart in PPC department.

Designing of metal products on Autocad on the basis of concept in mind with in the

Level of go for mass production with full feasibility.

Release work orders for the Contractor and outsourcing Vendors on the basis of negotiations.

Resolve the issues of workers and vendors

Direct Interaction with the Client on the basis of Quality and production flow for their inspection & Targeted project completion date.
