• Leading negotiations with clients, suppliers, partners and shareholders

• Managing and control of all financial aspects together with the Finance Manager

• Manage all company procurement, purchasing, fleet with more than 450 vehicles with procurement Manager to ensure the effectiveness and efficiencies

• Ensure with the company legal advisor compliance with all applicable laws: business licenses, permits, health regulations.

• Work with HR to evaluate, train, encourage, promote and reward the staff performs well.

Job Profile

• Manage the sales & marketing department activities for all company division in a professional manner, recruit, train, supervise, lead motivate the staff in addition to monitoring their performance to insure achieving the sales target.

• Developing the marketing strategies, sales plan, client’s needs, services package, market segmentation, price strategy, clients satisfaction, to ensure achieving the company objective, sustain the growth and profitability.

• Manage the Facility Management services division and day to day operations to support the division to grow in the local market as one of the new services company started in 2003 to be integrated services provider.

• Identifies, assess, and recommend new business opportunities (New market, new services) including feasibility studies and risk assessment.

• Manage and communicate economic, market and supplier’s analysis including provision of economic assumption covering PESTLE, 5 Forces, and SWOT analysis in monthly basis and present the impact with action plan.

• Maintain and update the pricing strategy by continuously scanning the market and analyzing competitors pricing strategy performance in order to be aware of all market changes and to take corrective actions if necessary to develop better competitive position.

• Planning and executing sales promotion campaigns to create Marketing media (brochure, flyers, and other promotional items) to improve and solidify the brand image of the company and better company positioning

• Provide all outbound communication including all promotional materials, website, brochures, advertising and marketing campaigns

• Study the market economic trends and market analysis
