• US Army 1981-2001
o Provided leadership, welfare, care and accountability for assigned personnel; i.e., served as a Tank Platoon Sergeant for over four years, supervising 14 soldiers and Non-Commissioned Officers.
o Instructed up to 120 students at a time in an institutional environment; i.e. (Commanding General Staff College, the Armor Pre-Command Course and the Master Gunner course). Additionally, served as the subject matter expert for tank ammunition for the total Armor force.
o Responsible for the operational readiness and maintenance of over $15 million in heavy field equipment, and provided expertise in identification and remedy for logistics and maintenance shortfalls to sustain operational readiness.

o Trained maintenance technicians at various installations, in the operation and maintenance of the MILES XXI training device.
o Instituted the training plan for technicians on the Reconfigurable Vehicle Simulator (RVS). Which included both operator and maintenance training.
o Developed the operator/maintenance training courses for numerous training devices and simulators.
o Developed the operator and maintenance manuals for MILES XXI programs, Live and Virtual Training and Flight simulator programs.

o Worked with a team to develop a Software User’s Manual for Distributed Common Ground Systems-Army (DCGS-A), Military Intelligence community.

o Managing/working six operator and maintenance manuals for a collective protection tent systems (JECP) for the Army and other services.
o Developed maintenance remove/replace procedures for an engine diagnostic system (FEDS) for the Army. Additionally, developed the maintenance manual incorporating the remove/replace procedures for the system.
