• US Army 1981-2001
o Provided leadership, welfare, care and accountability for assigned personnel; i.e., served as a Tank Platoon Sergeant for over four years, supervising 14 soldiers and Non-Commissioned Officers.
o Instructed up to 120 students at a time in an institutional environment; i.e. (Commanding General Staff College, the Armor Pre-Command Course and the Master Gunner course). Additionally, served as the subject matter expert for tank ammunition for the total Armor force.
o Responsible for the operational readiness and maintenance of over $15 million in heavy field equipment, and provided expertise in identification and remedy for logistics and maintenance shortfalls to sustain operational readiness.
