Fastenal Company (Industrial/construction supply distributor)

Drove sales growth and market expansion in Central Indiana for this multi billion dollar company. Developed and directed a cross-functional team with a seven year average revenue increase of 43%. Recruited, trained, and promoted a record number of store managers for the company. Designed and implemented the Fastbreak Program, a marketing effort to improve quality, speed, and cost of inventory management.
