production manager Putting in place a continuous production and training procedure that has increased production output by 28% is one of

Work Experience

Press room manager (Jul-2010 - Present)

PFS, Louisville KY

I am in charge of all production in the Press room to include color okay and press maintenance and a press operator training program. I

blue print and set the color curves and gray scale values for the presses, inventory and purchasing are also included in my duties as well

as scheduling and hiring for the press room. I handle all day to day duties that come a long with press room management.

Press room supervisor and press operator (Jun-1995 - May-2010)

Beechmont Press, Louisville KY

Being responsible for production, and quality of products being produced, running quality checks and making sure product being produced

matched the required specifications, was one facet of my job, along with meeting with our customers and sales department, to find the best

means for getting their product printed and delivered, being involved in and leading teams to find ways to increase production and make a

smoother transition through the printing process was also a focus. Streamlining our process from pre-press to pressroom was also a cost

saving measure that saved not only money but press time. Hiring input and job costing as well inventory and all day to day operations of

the pressroom were my responsibility.

Press operator (Mar-1990 - May-1995)

Union Camp Corporation, Seymour IN

I ran a 10 unit Flexo press, to include all maintenance and doctor blade settings and replacement of anilox rollers as well as viscosity

testing of our inks on the press. Produced quality work in a safe and timely manner, kept inventory of ink and other press room

consumables.
