Professional Experience Summary
Currently I run Sullivan Solutions. Sullivan Solutions specializes in all things Microsoft, from custom software development in MS Access to Web development using VBA, VB Script, ASP and HTML. We also provide networking services and telephone integration service as needed by our clients. We provide training in the use of Microsoft Office products as needed. Our primary client is the Real Estate Broker. I am also a licensed GA Real Estate Agent.
With over 20 years in the IT field I am a Hands-On Supervisor for Software Development Teams and Network Infrastructure staff working on various computer platforms. I have been responsible for monitoring IT projects in Software Development and network Infrastructure, establishing departmental policies and procedures. I was a member of the corporate wide QAD MFG/Pro ERP system implementation team, (Manufacturing Software) with national and international responsibilities, managing system deployment at multiple sites. I had full responsibility for the local plant implementation of QAD MFG Pro. I have Project managed several ERP system upgrades allowing for increased efficiency in the manufacturing shop floor. Other responsibilities include full budget authority, coordinate and facilitate activities and commitments with other functional areas. Staff, train, recommend salary increase, and administer corrective action policy and review performance of all department employees. • Create and support Access database products for the Small Business owner, mostly Real Estate Offices. The main application Transaction Tracker, tracks the Broker’s listing and buyer transactions from start through closing. Various reports track earnest money transactions, commission payments and individual Agent production. The database has allowed the brokers greatly increase the volume of transactions managed without the need to increase staff or replace employees who have left through attrition. We have created many other databases for both Real estate Clients and other small business owners. These databases involve extensive coding in the backend using MS VBA

AHP, Senior Manager Information Resource Management 2001 to 2004
Achievements:
• Managed a team of database and applications developers. Lead the project to create the AHP Data Warehouse and business portal using Visual Studio, MS SQL, SSAS and SharePoint Server. This allowed the Sales team to better target their client base increasing sales to existing clients, reducing delivery time and target new sales opportunities.
• Created QA procedures and test programs to insure our applications performed as designed and met customer expectations.
• Developed Internal and external Intra/Internet presence for AHP, using standard Microsoft technology, Visual Studio, Classic ASP, VB Script, Java Script and HTML with a SQL Server back end AHP's internet site helped improve communications and added in recruitment initiatives. Managed the development of several applications for the sales team which allowed us to greatly reduce our product development time and improve customer delivery time.
• Developed and grew AHP's B to C web site, allowing consumers to purchase Adult incontinence products discreetly over the internet
• Integrated AHP into the corporate Video conference network allowing senior management to attend live video conferences with out parent company, DSG international, in London UK. This allowed AHP to reduce our travel expenses and improve communications between AHP & DSG int.

Cuebic, Inc., Project Manager 2000 to 2001
Achievements:
• Lead the project team in creating several world class Web and Web Portal sites for Cubic’s customers, using a proprietary tool set with a proprietary Back End database bases on the PICK operating system along with industry standard languages, HTML, Java Script, and ASP.
• Managed all Communications services, worked with outsourced service providers, negotiated contracts. Reduced expenses through a reduction in the number of vendors. Reduced overall telecommunications expenditures by renegotiating existing service contracts.
• Improved developer productivity by established standards for Cubic’s Internal Development, Test and Production Servers
• Provided various enhancements to IT infrastructure, internet firewall and Internet access, thereby improving the overall security and efficiency of our network infrastructure
Medex Medical, Information Technology Department Head 1990 to 2000
Achievements:
• Senior Manager, Department Head for IT at the Atlanta Facility. Managed budgets, and Staff. Responsible for WAN connectivity, ERP Applications Support, PC, End User support, LAN, WAN and Telecommunications.
• Medex was acquired by Furon and I became a senior member of the consolidation and Implementation team. We installed Furons' Manufacturing package, QAD MFG/Pro at all three Medex domestic sites. Lead the project to implement this software at the Atlanta site. This allowed for seamless integration of our Manufacturing and Accounting applications with our new parent Company. Time for our Monthly Accounting closings and reporting was greatly reduced.
• Project manager for earlier ERP System Conversion, at the Atlanta site. We were running a different suite of applications with no inter-communications with the corporate offices. Implementing CA-PRMS at the Atlanta facility greatly improving overall integration with our corporate offices in all aspects of Accounting functions and manufacturing applications.
• Establishing corporate wide standards for Windows and Novell network configurations, and PC based software, increasing overall usability and performance of our internal network
• Managed major site relocation, designed new network infrastructure, contracted with outside vendors for the build out of our network infrastructure at a new manufacturing site. Managed the relocation of the entire IT and telecommunications systems to our new plant. The project was completed in time and under budget. No downtime was experienced by our site end users.
• Established a plant wide training effort for Microsoft office applications, conducted training classes, improving overall usage of these products by our end users. Evaluated and selected training partners and monitored the training effort.
