Responsible for certifying and complete physical testing on all Michelin Aircraft Tire compounds mixed at UG2

Implemented a system which allowed mixing distressed stock to go from 300,000 lbs. down to under 1000 lbs. in less than a year, still maintaining a process waste goal of less than .50%.

Became very familiar with downstream operations (calendars, extrusion, tread tubers) which allowed for the great reduction in distressed stock
