Dates From 1982 to 1983 employed at the Spa Italcargo (shipping) located in Segrate 8Milan) as used in the maritime sector (with duties of drafting policies, customer contact, ecc)

Occupation or position held From 1983 to 1986 employed at the A.S.C. ltd. (Shipping) in Milan and Peschiera Borromeo (Milan) first as clerk in the maritime office (import and export) and then used as commercial deployment capabilities with customers. Allso performs service in the airfreight sector.

Main activities and responsibilities From 1986 to 1988 at Borghi Trasporti Spa (international transport) in Milan as a marketing official for a new service for discovering new areas that might require special storage and transport services.

Over the past few years I travelled abroad frequently to visit clients and correspondents (expecially the Far East)

From 1991 to 1992 I was employed at the Nestlè group Spa in Milan as logistic co-ordinator. During that time, given my past experience I was able to obtain significant results due to the fact I came from the field (sea-air-land both import and export).

During this last year I often traveled in Italy and Europe to visit branches and subsidiaries.

In 1992 I started my career in the hospitality industry.

I bought with my father in law the first hotel site in Corsico (Milan) named Kristall with 45 rooms.

In 1995 we purchased the Riviera hotel of 36 rooms in Segrate(Milan)

In 1997 I built with our partner the Visconti hotel n Melzo (Milan) 40 rooms.

All companies are owners of real estate and the management of each hotel and the business.

Over the years (18) I attended in person (my father in law died in 2001) all the various matters of the hotel management ncluding the stage of refurbishment tha t crosses each hotel after a certain period of time.

For sever years I followed with an external consultant the ISO 9001 certification with regard the quality of the hotels.

I have always been busy on my own in the management, administration, business contacts with customers and suppliers, front and back office issues (of course assisted by staff).

I believe that managing sized structures (not more than 50 rooms each) gave me a way to acquire a skill to 360 degrees avoiding the risk to divide my wealth of experience in the hospitality.

Dates From 2005 to 2008 University of Milan Bicocca my undergraduate degree (3 years) in Tourism sciences. Thesis about “IItaian tourism in Ausralia” .

Title of qualification awarded Principal subjects: occupational skill covered by the study comprehensive overview on all matters relating to the fileld of tourism and hospitality, languages, geography, law, economics, business accommodation, art history, archeology, tourism sciences, ecc.

I graduated in 1979 from the Institute of Villoresi S.Giuseppe in Monza (Milan) in Accounting.

I have always preferred the communication inside the companies where I worked and also when I hd to coordinate employees or groups of people to get the most from teamworks
