Balanced trust accounts and disbursed Trust Funds. Scheduled and documented all pertinent information related to the current transaction. In charge of problem solving and assisting clients. Ensured that clients received necessary information they needed to achieve maximum benefit from their experience with our Law Firm. Explained the process of their real estate transactions to clients. Prepared legal documents such as, but not limited to, Deeds, Mortgages, Limited Power of Attorney, Corporate Resolutions, HUD-1 Settlement Statements, Title Insurance Policies, Mortgage Satisfactions, Lost Mortgage Satisfactions, and Memorandum of Trust.

Worked with Realtors, Lenders, Loan Officers. Gathered all pertinent information which would assist in completing the transaction of a property under foreclosure. Managed day to day functions such as answering the phone, greeting and assisting clients, scheduling and completing all projects within a certain deadline.
Four years initially in the accounting department where duties consisted of but were not limited to managing the individual Trust Accounts for the entire Law Firm.
