Responsible for the deployment of a new reconciliation system. Worked with Business unit to analyze and draft requirements. Lead a selection process with several vendors (which include design development). This process included meeting all compliance and regulatory statutes need to reconcile Hedge funds broker accounts. Created and was responsible for overall direction of the project plan to move 30 Prime Brokers from a manual process to a CheckFree’s NXG reconciliation system.
