Responsible for start up of a new community located in, Yorkville, IL. RainTree Village. Comprised of 669 single family homes ranging from 2,500 to 3,500 sq. ft. Set the timeline and scheduled all subcontractors for all house line construction activities. Compiled all redline changes and submitted them to Concord’s architects for revisions to drawings.
Held meetings with city building officials to secure all necessary permits in accordance with state and local codes.

Haverton Townes II, A new town home community with a total of 51 units in the city of Naperville, IL. Responsibilities included land development, all aspects of house line construction. Worked closely with the City of Naperville Building Officials, Electrical Department, and Fire Department adhering to all state and local codes.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER July ’02 – Oct ‘02
New Towne Home community called Ogden Pointe IV comprised of 117 town homes located in Aurora, Illinois. Responsible for all land development activities.Worked closely with Com ED, NICOR, and SBC setting and meeting scheduled timelines. Set houseline schedules, built models through frame stage, and started production units.

Responsibilities: for due diligence meetings with architect and engineering firms. Helped with the construction bid process and walkthroughs with all subcontractors, acquiring city permits and inspections for each unit built. Supervised a total rehab inside and outside of all mechanical, plumbing, and electrical and gas services Supervised installation of fire pumps, sprinkler systems, elevators, windows, and doors, bringing all remodeling and systems to comply with Chicago building codes.
