Re: Pastor position
Dear Sir/Madam:
I am writing this letter to apply for a position as Pastor in your denomination.
My experience, along with my knowledge of shepherding and motivating young, the community children and youth, makes me ideal for this role.
As you can see from my enclosed resume, I have had extensive experience in ministry at several levels within the context of the Jamaican church, and so I am able to relate to people across the spectrum of the church. I also have great communication skills and a strong work ethic, which will prove useful in directing your church in the right path.
You may contact me at the email address and phone number to arrange for an interview.
I look forward to the opportunity to explore the possibilities for partnership in ministry.
Sincerely Yours,
Dawn Bryan (Rev.)

Spiritual Pilgrimage
As a young person growing up, I had the twin blessings of a Christian home and community of faith, where I came to experience God’s love and salvation first. After accepting Him as Lord and Savior of my life, I became leader of the youth fellowship, Superintendent of Sunday school, and President of the Women’s Fellowship, Elder of the church, Secretary and Treasurer of the church.
This prepared me for the natural segue into full-time service through my college and seminary education. Through worship ministry and a commitment to servant leadership, I strive to proclaim the good news of God’s love, to help others encounter Him, to lead them in praise and worship of Him, and to nurture their spiritual development and ministry involvement.
