Provide client support and service to military service members transitioning back into the civilian workforce. Pre-register clients into the ACAPXXI automated system and provide them with initial and follow-up appointments. Assist clients in printing DD2648 pre-separation forms and other transition documents. Assist Counselors with automation software and scheduling using problem solving skills, to answer minor technical questions. Submit trouble tickets to the ACAP Support Center as needed. Track and log client attendance of transition briefings on a weekly basis, which required coordinating with the Transition Assistance Program Director and other outside agencies.
