• M/s. PRECISION EQUIPMENTS (CHENNAI) PVT. LTD. with over three decades of experience in design and manufacture of process equipments Tubular Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels and Machined Components for Refineries, Petrochemical Industries, Space Industries, Fertilizers and other Process Industries under Third Party Inspection Agencies like IBR, HSB (AI) M/s. EIL, DNV, LLOYDS, BVIS, TUV, BAX COUNSIL, GERMANICHER LLOYDS, BHEL, IGCAR, VELOSI, and TPL.

• Manufactures of Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers such as AES, AHS ,BEU, AKT, Type Exchangers, in LAS, LTCS, SS, NON FERROUS and CS Materials.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparation of Quality Assurance Plan / ITP, Weld Map, Welding Procedure Specification, Procedure Qualification Record and Welder Procedure Qualification.

• Preparation of Technical delivery conditions for materials.

• Preparation of detailed Weld book consisting of applicable WPS and NDT requirements.

• Reviewing of Material Test Certificates as per Purchase order, Codes and Standards, Applicable Specifications and Identification of Raw Materials including Welding Consumables.

• Fit up inspection as per Isometric drawings and master Gauges.

• Positive Material Identification of Raw Materials like Ferrous, Non ferrous materials, Fasteners and Gaskets.

• Film Interpretation.

• Conducting of DPT, MPT, UT, RT at various stages of inspection.

• Conducting of Welding and Welder Qualification tests & Preparation of WPS, PQR & WPQ

• Preparation of MOCK UP PROCEDURES for Tube to Tube Sheet joints.

• Visual Inspection of All Fabricated Assemblies of Heat Exchangers and Pressure Vessels.

• Witness of Hydro tests and Pneumatic tests of Pressure vessel & Heat Exchanger.

• Co – ordination with Third Parties while Inspection.

• Preparation of Raw material Identification reports, Stage Inspection reports and All Documentation works.
