Responsibilities at PT&C include providing baseline cost estimation for Nuclear Facilities projects. Manage all of the projects that the company supports. Project Manager on the Capital Asset SWPF EIR review Baseline consolidation and internal project review. Efforts on this project resulted in a cost savings of $400M to the client. Provided cost estimates for the Decontamination & Decommissioning of the DOE ETEC facility. Reduced the project schedule from 25 years to 4 years resulting in a cost savings of $300M for our client. As Project Manager for the Tank Farm Baseline Evaluation project, provided critical analysis which resulted in a cost savings of over $700M for DOE. Managed the schedule, budget, and resources for new and renovated construction projects. Responsible for establishing priorities and resources to achieve all schedules and budgets. Managed all conflict resolution and solved resources and scheduling problems.

Managed over 75 employees and oversaw a budget of $2.5M. A key contributor to Rocky Flats’ success as the only DOE Facility to complete all D&D activities ahead of schedule. Oversaw the proper storage of over 80,000 waste containers in compliance with: DOE requirements, Colorado Department of Environmental Health and Protection Conduct of Operations Program (COOP), State of Colorado Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Permit, and Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA). Managed 7 different projects, which closed 7 different facilities ahead of schedule and within budget. Implemented production processes that ensured on time shipment of containers. Established priorities for resources to achieve all production goals and shipping schedules. Developed procedures that reduced cost of operations and increased productivity. Managed conflict resolution and solved resources and scheduling problems for both projects and production operations.
