1. Client : Autodesk Inc. Feb 2009 – Current

Project title : Siebel SOE Implementation

Description: Single Order Entry (SOE) is a process of creating and renewing subscription assets with new product version released by Autodesk. This needs accounts, contacts, products and assets data accurate, based on which products will be shipped to customers. This also needs to make sure consistent data across multiple in-house and vendor applications.

My Involvement in the project:

• Creating and configuring Business Components, Applets and views to Include access to SAP related data

• Developing Enterprise Integration Manager process to import product, product line, service requests and entitlement entities

• SQL and EIM Performance tuning to process millions of data meet SLAs with end users

• Enhancing existing EAI workflows, Integration Objects and Integration Components to be in line with business needs

• Created data mapping for Integration Objects

• Designing and developing workflows to be in sync with business process

• Processing and Scheduling NT and UNIX jobs for weekly data reports

My Involvement in the project:

3. Client : Autodesk Inc. Mar 2007 – Jul 2008

Project title : ODS Migration – Oracle Streams

Description: One Data Source (ODS) has been developed with the aim of making single data source for all non-OLTP applications within Autodesk. During first phase of project, all Accounts, Contacts, Adress, Assets and subscription data from Siebel has been streamed/replicated to ODS. Within ODS, multiple triggers, SQL functions and procedures make Data cache updated for millisecond response.

My Involvement in the project:

• Analysis of required DB objects including tables, Index, procedures and packages

• Designed and developed DB schema for ODS

• Creating packages, stored procedures, cursors and functions to feed Tibco requests

• Created materialized views to simulate replication

• Using SQL loader to import data from flat files

• SQL Performance tuning using execution plan

• Scheduling DB jobs to monitor temporary table data

4. Client : IndyMac Bank Aug 2005 - Feb 2007

Project title : Siebel Upgrade

Description: This project was aimed to upgrade from Siebel 6 to Siebel 7.5. This also includes migrating all functionalities from third party applications ‘HCL’ and ‘Goldmine’ to Siebel. Migration consists of data objects Opportunities, Accounts, Contact and Activities

My Involvement in the project:

• Creating COM objects to instantiate Siebel Application

• Creating DTS and Stored Procedures to move data to temporary tables
