Duties included A/R and A/P review, FASB 13 calculations, general ledger, month-end closings, budget preparation, quarterly reforecasts and escalation billings. Project required preparation of individual and consolidated cash and accrual monthly financial statements for Owners/Partners. The project consisted of (7) Class A office buildings, (7) out parcels (ground leases) and (5) parkways.

Duties included A/R, A/P, general ledger, month-end financial statements, budget preparation and escalation billings for 1.2 million RSF Class A Office Building.
