Millwright/Welder
Per blueprints, fabricate material needed. Check measurements,
square parts to the structure and weld together. I have
experience operating overhead/mobil cranes, forklift and
tools needed in cutting material ie; plasma cutter, torches
and measuring tools. Mig flux core, solid wire and stick.
04/06 - 05/08 Acme Refining Chicago, IL.
Welder
Per blueprints or drawing get material out the yard as needed
cut to size needed and lay-out. Measure, square parts and weld
together. I was responsible of making steel pallet boxes and
repairing old boxes ie; roll-off, lugger, hoppers and
trailers. Forklift were mainly used. Mig flux core, solid wire
7018 stick stainless and aluminum rods were uses.
08/05 - 04/06 Union Tank Lines East Chicago, IN.
Welder
Weld together brake lines on railroad cars and accessories
ie; railings top and sides, ladders, bolts and mounting
areas. Mig flux core, solid wire and stick.

Weld stringers to close up gaps on uni-bodies before the
piece is transferred to the robotic welder. Overhead cranes
needed to be used. Mig solid wire.
06/03- 02/04 Calumet Armature Electric Riverdale, IL.
Motor Repairman
Rebuild electric motors used for subway railcars. Repack
coils, Braze terminals together, check polarity and weld
any cracked motor mounts. Make parts using a manual lathe.
