Fitter Helper, Tacker. I m a structrual fitter now

I help the fitter with fitting pipe and grind plates and help the welders. I also tack pipes, pipe supports, and cable trays. I fit pipe supports and cable trays on to offshore desks. I also lay out grading on the decks. I also run man lifts, forklifts, hydraulic crane. I do many different tasks for this job. I work 7 days a week non stop. From 6pm to 6am week days and 6pm to 4:30am weekends. I work at night for this company. I know about hard work. I m a structural fitter now. I read the blue prints to see where each beam is placed, and look at the prints to see which way the stencils on the beam are to be faced. I walked up and down three flights of stairs every night. I used man lifts to if there wasn’t any stairs there to walk on.

My job duties were taking care of elderly and disabled patients. I would feed and bath them. I also got there medication ready for them. I would take them to their doctor appointments; or just take them out of the house to the park or stores.

Duties consisted of rigging up to the crane. Working on offshore pipe lines. Also taught fellow employees how to rig up to the crane, and also taught them hand signals. I also taught them the proper way to get on a personal baskets. I worked 28 days on and 7 days off.

I worked both offshore and land jobs for this company. Worked on offshore well heads. I would help rig up all equipment needed to do the job. I worked with injector heads, reels, and coil pack units. Sometimes I had to get anything that was stuck in the wells out.

Loomis International 10/06/2006 to 06/20/2007 Field Hand, Shop Hand, Driver I worked both offshore and on land. I tested offshore drill pipe. At the shop I would work on pressure testing equipment. I also delivered equipment to offshore docks for the company. I also worked with tongs.
