Began by working as a regular agent on the phones with the title of CSA now I have been put into the position of ICU which means I now work with the worst case scenarios. I received Employee of the Month for the month of September because of my increased number of sales. My last employee review was 4.05 out of 5 which i received in June toward the end of June it was due for June 14, 2011 but ran late due to issues at work with finding the time for the review to take place.
