• Successfully completed undergraduate project on "Simulation of Aluminium-356 Brake Drum using ProCAST software".

• Designed the brake drum model in CAD software. Casting, temperature distribution and fill time of the molten metal were determined by importing the CAD model to the ProCAST software.

• Obtained Temperature profile of the casting and validated the ProCAST model by the comparison of the theoretical and practical temperature cooling curves of AL-356 brake drum at various points.
