Bally Total Fitness- Wisconsin Market Manager 1999 – 2006

Managed all aspects of Club operations including monthly sales volumes in excess of $150,000. Recruited, hired and/or developed more managers than any other manager in the Wisconsin market over 6 year span. Completed two year management development training course. Developed a staff of over 20 trainers for the Brookfield Club. The largest in Wisconsin. Responsible for teaching fundamentals of personal training course to all trainers in Wisconsin. Winner 2004 Elite Performers Award (WI, Minn. market combined). Winner 2004 fitness Director of the year (WI market). 1st and only club to generate over $40,000.00 in PT sales in one month (WI market).
