Nevada National Security Site (formerly Nevada Test Site) 2009 – 2010
Conducted Alarm Response and Assessment Performance Tests (ARAPTs), Limited Scope Performance Tests (LSPTs) of Protective Force personnel and operational performance testing of equipment and physical security systems and procedures. Performance testing included Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), entry control (X-Ray, metal detector, explosive detector) equipment and intrusion detection systems for the protection of personnel, equipment, nuclear weapons material, classified material and Special Nuclear Materials (SNM) facilities Wrote security comprehensive test plans and detailed reports.
* Noted and reported deficiency in metal detector hand scanning technique.
* Performance tested physical security equipment to DOE M 470.4-2A requirements.
* Held Human Reliability Program (HRP) certification until September 2010.
CONSTRUCTION SURVEILLANCE TECHNICIAN (CST) - 2005 - 2006
Coastal International Security - Lorton, VA/Dushanbe, TAJIKISTAN.
ESCORTED AND OBSERVED uncleared workers at construction site of new American Embassy in Dushanbe, Tajikistan for the prevention of the introduction of electronic listening or explosive devices onto the embassy construction site. X-rayed and/or inspected materials, equipment and furnishings designated for use within Controlled Access Areas (CAAs). Randomly selected materials required for construction and installation. Performed entry control for two hundred fifty workers. Escorted uncleared personnel in sensitive areas. Maintained daily log of activity. Worked 60 - 69 hours per week for one year to accomplish the security mission at the new US Embassy.
* Discovered and moved CAA restricted floor plans in unsecure area to secure area of embassy. Though not classified, the plans were not for viewing by uncleared personnel.

TEST TEAM LEADER (Physical Security Specialist) 1999 - 2002
Computer Sciences Corporation - Springfield, VA/Sergiev Posad, RUSSIA.
Test Team Leader for test and evaluation of US and foreign manufactured off-the-shelf physical security systems and Special Nuclear Material systems and components for installation at foreign (Russian) nuclear weapons storage facilities for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) (DOD). Testing was conducted year round day and night in all weather conditions. Diplomatic skills dealing with US and foreign military, government and civilian officials and foreign test team members. Team player with independent decision making skills. Greatly adaptable to changing locations and situations.
* All testing was done at the Security Assessment and Training Center (SATC) at Sergiev, Posad, Russia.
* Discovered and reported vulnerability in special nuclear material (SNM) vehicle portal control box for manufacturer correction.
* Worked 50 hours per week for two years to complete testing as mandated by DTRA/Russian requirements.
*Extended for one year at Test Director request.
