Customer Service

I have worked as a self employed independent contractor for ChaCha INC. for 3 and a half years. My primary duties have been researching and answering customers text based questions over my personal computer. I am very computer literate. I have an outgoing personality, and customer satisfaction is very important to me. I am able to handle many different tasks at once, and enjoying a busy atmosphere.

Prior to being self employed I was a stay at home mother for 15 years. I did work outside the home as a department manager for Kmart in Key West, FL from 1997-1999, prior to moving oversees. I am very excited for the opportunity to join the workforce again. I am a fast learner, and a dedicated worker, and look forward to working with your company.
