• Proposed and implemented ideas to increase process efficiencies in support of Space Shuttle operations.

• Troubleshot and resolved variety of technical problems with computer peripherals and Ricoh copiers to minimize production downtime.

• Recommended and executed consolidation of Houston and KSC Artemis license, which required conversion of mainframe to Windows platform server and customizing Artemis software. Achieved this on time and without business interruption.

Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Technician (1984 – 1987)

Maintained, troubleshot and repaired GSE used in support of Shuttle processing. Honored with Silver Snoopy for going ‘Above & Beyond’ by designing and implementing a comprehensive system to track GSE requirements for current and future Shuttle launches.
