ROLE DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Involved in preparation of the company for ISO 13485 certification

• Collection of blood samples of HBsAg, HCV, HIV, Syphilis, Malaria, Tuberculosis and HCG from the six geopolitical zones of the country.

• Documentation requirements for the registration of new products.

• Preparation, Review and Control of Standard Operating Procedure.

• To develop and provide the training on GMP and GLP

• Rejection or release of finished products for distribution and sale.

• Internal Quality Audits and Quality review.

• Handling of non-conforming products

• Co-ordination with production department for controlling the process and product at every stage of manufacturing through in process testing

• Stability testing of finished products, and collection of control samples

• Comparison of finished products with reference standards

• Sampling and testing of starting raw materials, packaging materials, and semi finished product, to assess whether these conforms to the specifications or not

• To calibrate all analytical equipment as per schedule and maintain the record
