Value Added is a $23M + manufacturer of hydraulic hose product supporting OEM companies in agriculture, industrial, military and timber industries. Value Added Distributors consists of five branches in four states.

Bent Tubes is a 6M+ custom tube-bending manufacturer supporting hydraulic / structural product for the military, fire suppression, agriculture, and timber industries

KSU is a manufacturer of automotive pistons, which employs over 1,000 employees and supports OEM markets (i.e. Ford, GM, Chrysler, Nissan, Cummins, Harley Davidson, and Briggs & Stratton).

Managed machining, design & machine building departments in Marinette, WI, in conjunction with the development of CAD / CAM strategies between Marinette WI, Fort Wayne IN & Celaya Mexico facilities.

• Productivity improvements over 18% in three years using TPM principles and new technologies
