Metallurgist/Quality

• Performed daily Spectro - chemical analysis of each furnace and incoming Aluminum and Zinc alloys and record on quality records

• Issued the certificate of compliance and attach other reports etc. as required by the customer

• Performed Non Destructive testing ( X-ray radiography and Liquid Penetrant examination) of the castings as per customer requirement

• Maintained the ISO 9001-2000 quality management system as related to metal quality and traceability
