RESPONSIBILITIES

• Witness the welding procedures qualifications, welder performance qualifications and Mechanical tests.

• Reviewing Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) with relevant qualified PQR for the particular projects.

• Coordinating with client inspection department and getting approval of welding, materials, hydro tests, pneumatic tests and others.

• Painting inspection

• Performing Incoming material inspection, verifying vendor’s material certificates in order to confirm as per project specification and relevant International Standards.

• Conduct internal audits in the projects. Inspection welds joint preparation, fit-up, dimensional inspection & alignment.

• Carrying out the Welding inspection before, during and after welding operation as per approved test plan, relevant engineering drawing, international standard and project specification.

• Coordinating, Witnessing, evaluation and interpretation of NDT techniques like RT, UT, MT, and PT .
