Render proactive leadership and management oversight to the PSD team for the ANP/MOI Development Program. Utilize delegated authority in disciplinary actions, solely providing disciplinary recommendations to the Program Manager and his designee. Guarantee safety and security of all personnel, visitors, and allocated property. Keep abreast of existing security threats, proficiently disseminating them accordingly.

- Perform planning, coordination, and implementation of all PSD and training security operations at each facility in compliance with program policies and procedures.

- Conduct accurate and timely security surveys and reports, including perimeter defense, static and mobile security personnel management, allocated resources condition and maintenance, training, and all other reports on security mission.

- Efficiently maintain administrative data of all personnel assigned to PSD, such as leave, performance assessments, appraisals, and disciplinary actions.
