• Identified and qualified key technology suppliers, including technology scouting, capability assessment, RFI/RFQ, SOW authorship, contract negotiations, supplier oversight, and supplier quality management (scorecards, quality visits, etc.). Managed off-shore supplier relationships. Achieved significant cost savings and delivered highest-quality product features.
