Title – REO Foreclosure Closing Coordinator

Responsibilities include:

•Gather and review all required information to prepare an accurate and compliant closing package

•Review credit, appraisal, title, survey, disclosures and other documents for closing conditions for approval and compliance.

•Verify pricing, points, credits and all escrow information for FHA, VA, CONV, ARM, and Purchase, Construction/Perm, and VHAP loans.

•Input and update the system of record with the appropriate fees, property and borrower information.

•Review documents for accuracy prior to sending the package to the closing agent.

•Handle all closing and funding questions presented by the Mortgage Broker and Title Vendor.

•Review documents for proper endorsements and notarizations and take appropriate corrective actions to ensure documents are accurate prior to funding. Deliver complete funded loan package to Post Closing.

•Balance Final HUD1 Settlement Statement and set up wire for loan disbursement.

Responsibilities include:

•Process Commercial loans in accordance to the Conduit and Advantage program

•Assist in gathering and analyzing due diligence used to determine clients credit worthiness including credit reports, leases, operating statement, and balance sheet

•Order and review appraisal, property condition and seismic report for value and structural soundness
